Police reform in Thailand

This op-ed criticizes the current military government in Thailand for failing to accept responsibility for reforming the police, passing the buck instead to the next civilian government. The column notes that “people view the police as the most tainted group in the Thai public sector” and faults the Royal Thai Police and Department of Special Investigation for lack of cooperation on major cases.
