Antidisestablishmentarianism in New Zealand

Not too many police stories lead with a 28-letter word. It seems that the New Zealand police are proposing “disestablishment” of their station in Karamea, which is 67 km from the next closest station by windy mountain road. This commentator, committed to antidisestablishmentarianism, argues that closing the station conflicts with the stated NZ police emphasis on prevention rather than response.
