Police accountability in Mexico

This article announces a new project by Stanford University to study and enhance police accountability, professionalism, and public trust in Mexico. It notes that “Four years ago, the Mexican federal government enacted a sweeping plan to overhaul the way the nation conducts local law enforcement,” however “those efforts have produced wildly uneven results across the country.”
