Inquest alleges delayed police response to 2015 Tunisia terror attack

Opening statements at an inquest into the 2015 terror attack in Sousse, Tunisia allege that “police units, which should have intervened to stop the attack, deliberately and unjustifiably slowed down to delay their arrival at the hotel.” The attack lasted some 40 minutes, killing 38 people including 30 UK tourists. Further information is expected to be revealed during the inquest, according to this article.
