Swaziland upgrading police education

This article reports Swaziland transitioning from a training-only police college to a degree-granting police academy. In addition to offering “advanced and specialised police studies at the level of diplomas and degrees,” the academy “will also serve as a centre of transformation in police operations and practices.” The transition is supported by advice and assistance from Taiwan’s Central Police University.
