More dark net seizures

This article reports the closure of DeepDotWeb, a “central node” search and marketing site on the dark net “that helped buyers of illicit goods like drugs and counterfeit items find what they wanted for a commission.” Two Israeli citizens were arrested on U.S. indictments based on a joint investigation by authorities in the US, Brazil, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, and the UK. Seizure of the site follows last week’s arrest of three Germans and closure of Wall Street Market, considered the largest marketplace for illegal drugs on the dark net.
